We've all been touched by the horror of the refugee crisis dominating the news recently, millions of people have been forced to flee their homes in search of safety. Now we need your help, to help them. The funds collected will be used in providing essential access to safe, clean water and sanitation, and engaging in public health promotion, as well as exploring livelihood opportunities that will help Syrians provide for themselves and their families.
Agencies and their partners are working urgently to provide emergency shelter, food, clean water and blankets. You can help by making a donation now directly to the agencies or by using the Call-N-Donate service where all the funds collected will be donated to the Refugee Crisis Relief Efforts

- BT apply a 13.1 pence Call Set Up Fee to each call

Virtual Calling Card
Text CHARITY to 80041 for a £3 call credit or Text CHARITY to 80550 for a £5 call credit. You will received a PIN and Access Number which allows you to make calls to make international Calls from Just 1/2 pence a minute
- You must have the bill payer's permission before calling
- Text to 80550 costs £5 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider
- Text to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider
- Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using a PIN
- Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate or included in your call package
- If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire

Calling Rates
Donation Rates and Terms
- Donate upto 5% of the total value of the call that you spend. For Calls using the Virtual Calling Cards, we will donate 5 pence per every £ of top-up that is done
- For No Account Access Calls, the amount donated will be based on the amount you spend. For example, one 12 minutes call to the US will cost you 12 pence and hence we will make a donation of 0.6 pence. A call that lasts for 9 minutes will cost you 9 pence. However, no donation will be made as the call is less than 10 minutes long
